Taking clips of the screen with the Snipping tool

I am sure most people have seen the key on their keyboard marked PRT SCN and come to the conclusion that it means Print Screen. Most people will have pressed the key and wondered why nothing has happened. Well this attached document is not really going to explain it either but it will give you some clear instructions on using the Snipping tool, which is built into Vista, Win7 & Win8, to accomplish what you always thought the PRT SCN button should do!!!

Do light bulbs give off light or do they just suck in the dark?
